LED Lights are the thing you should get if you are on a budget, want to invest in as much equipment as possible, while still getting rewarded with high quality lighting.
LED 660 BI-Color
You shouldn't really get under, nor above 660 led bulbs for a LED lights. This is because under, you will get a decent light, though will be limited on some occasions. It is always best to take something slightly more expensive in that case otherwise you will find yourself having to upgrade, leaving other equipment to collect dust.

660's are easy to use, cheaper, yet come close to a lot of entry level professional lighting. They will last you a very long time, set you up very well in your production, and used well with skills, can create very professional looking sets. Even after obtaining a better lighting such as an Amaran 200X, you will still find yourself using the 660's from time to time due to their reduced size and how easy they are to use. Also you don't necessarily want to get higher than that to allow you to get other types of equipment.

LED 660 RGB
Just like the 660 Bi-color, those are very good. Having Those RGB is a very good add-on to your kit. We recommend you get at least two Bi-color before you get into the RGB as these will most likely be to add on to your scenes, make vfx without having to add anything in post production in lighting and creating ambiance like horror for example.
Like anything on this site, a video will be recorded explaining a bit more about what it is good for.
Our recommended kit would be two of each with the soft boxes.
While you can get it without the soft boxes, you should save up a bit more to get them inside the bundle as buying them apart will cost you more.

Complimentary lights
Although not the real name, complimentary lights will be very small and portable versions of the Bicolor and RGB LED depending on if you get either one. They are not a necessity at first as they can easily be replaced by any small lights you may have at home, but they are a great add-due to the fact they are so compact and powerful. One example of usage is in action camera lighting or following a subjet.
They can be used for small light detail or add small ambiance let's say mimic a small car light that would normally not light your face enough.

There are a lot, so to simplify, Read this! The first ones of each category of either(Bi-Color or RGB) are the cheapest one; they have a built-in battery, basic and cheap design, do the job done, but won't blow your mind.
the second ones are practical, have some special features, although not necessary
